1. Introduction

Welcome to Cravings Cafe. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online ordering system, and table reservation services. 3. Table Reservation & Booking Policy

• 3.1. Table reservations can be made online via our booking form.
• 3.2. Guests are requested to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled time. If you are delayed, please contact us; otherwise, the reservation may be automatically canceled.
• 3.3. For large groups or special events, a non-refundable deposit may be required during the booking process.

4. Online Ordering & Payment

• 4.1. When placing an order, you agree that all information provided (such as phone number, address, and email) is accurate and up to date.
• 4.2. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, mobile banking, or cash on delivery (COD), depending on the availability at checkout.
• 4.3. Once an order is confirmed, prices are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 5.1. Food Orders: Since our items are freshly prepared, online orders cannot be canceled or modified once the kitchen has started preparing the food.
• 5.2. Table Booking: If you wish to cancel your table reservation, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• 5.3. Refunds: Refunds for failed online payments or canceled eligible bookings will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account on our website, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to notify Cravings Cafe immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, menu descriptions, and software, is the property of Cravings Cafe and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cravings Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our online platform, delivery delays due to weather/traffic conditions, or temporary website downtime.
